Modes of payment

We accept all types of payment namely:

What If payment fails?

When an order is placed and the user makes the payment but doesn’t get any confirmation and the payment gets debited. If this happens and your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back into source account selected at time of payment within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

GST on my order

Goods & Service Tax was introduced on 1st July 2017 and the same is to be borne/paid by the end user/customer who is availing the product or service. On every value addition, either on product or service a tax is applied and is added to the final price (MRP) is known as GST and this is a single tax levied on supply of goods and services.

If any product is cancelled/exchanged, will GST charged be refunded?

Yes, the GST charged will be refunded back to your account; however no refunds shall be made for GST charged against shipping charges paid by the customer.

What’s TruNaturals Delivery policy?

It is our prime responsibility to deliver the product safe and quick. We offer free home delivery on all orders above Rs. 1500/-. On all orders below Rs. 1500/- a minimal charge of Rs. 75/- will be levied.

If an order is returned by you, the shipping charges will not be refunded. We closely monitor the return pattern of the users and any user behavior that violates our fair usage policy, an amount of 149/- will be charged on all orders, irrespective of value of the order.

What Fair Policy deal is?

We trust our customers, but it has come to our attention that few customers take undue advantage of our generous return policy. These customers either willfully do not accept the package or return most of the items ordered which makes it difficult for our other loyal customers to order these items. So to see that all gets equal and fair opportunity to buy all items and to protect their rights we reserve the right to charge an amount of 149/- and can also deactivate or blacklist these accounts.

Can the shipping address be changed after placing an order? 

No, once an order is placed you cannot change the address.

Can I receive parcel in any outstation location?

Yes, deliver goods to all major cities across the nation. Courier charges may apply.

Damaged parcel/goods received?

You should immediately inform us of any leakage, tampering or damage product within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this timeline your claim for exchange/cancellation of product will not be taken into consideration. Please keep in mind the below points:

The item found damaged or otherwise should not be consumed/used/opened. 

Our staff may ask you few questions that will help us to know the issue and understand the matter.

You may be asked to send us the picture of the item/parcel that shows sign of damage/pilferage/ tampering.

After thoroughly investigation the matter and after getting satisfied the company will refund the amount.

You must not throw the packaging and/or the invoice away for at least 4-5 days post-delivery as the same may be required for taking the matter up with the delivery or packaging company for further investigation.

Refund not received

If the refund has been approved by the company, please wait for at least 3-4 days before logging complaint about the same. It can take from 1 to 7 business days for the amount to get transferred to your account, depending upon the type of payment mode you choose while ordering.

Return Request declined?

The item returned by the user is found to be damaged, used or the price tags are missing, then the return request may be declined. In this case the company is not liable to refund the amount and assumes no accountability.

Personal Information disclosure

If required by the law, the company may disclose the personal information of the user.
