Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Product once ordered or sold can only be exchanged if the criteria matched with the below mentioned conditions:
Any leakage/pilferage/damaged item found during the time of delivery should be reported immediately by the user by logging in on the app/website and filing a return request. Or by sending us an e-mail to our customer care email id. Any applicable refund will be credited within 4-5 working days to your account.
Any reference to ‘you’, ‘user’, ‘member’, ‘subscriber’, ‘customers’ shall mean the person/end user who has an access to the website/app, its content and is using the services (purchasing/ordering/recipe etc) and ‘we’, ‘us’, “owner” shall mean the ‘company’. ‘Service provider’ if anywhere mentioned shall mean an independent third party service provider.
